Stress Management

Boy, this is almost the center of all things in my life. Without it, things do not go well. I am still challenged daily. I work on having a daily practice with deep breathing, meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong, some yoga. Mindfulness means everything to me, from paying attention to each bite of food I take, to my impact on the planet at large, my community, my family, and myself. I often fail, but I keep working on it.
