I am a Health Coach, it is my occupation, by choice, my passion. I love eating whole foods, being active, and sharing health information I think can help others. What I have learned is that what works for me may not work for you. As individuals with different genetic backgrounds, and physiology, we are just different. I believe whole foods including, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, legumes, and some local meat and seafood is a healthy diet. Nothing needs to be supplemented. I will share here information and experiences as I go along. I am far from perfect with my diet and exercise. I try, I sometimes fail, I’m a work in progress.
